4. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the ezwin Casino platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify ezwin Casino promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ezwin Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the ezwin support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, or other government-issued photo identification. ezwin Casino may request additional documentation at its discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ezwin Casino platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ezwin Casino reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ezwin Casino may impose additional verification requirements for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a calendar month, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ezwin Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute 10%, and certain games may contribute 0%.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days after being credited, unless otherwise stated. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• ezwin Casino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezwin Casino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
